Very pleased with Action Heating & Nick the professional who came & changed thermostat. Professional, friendly service with great education/explanation about appropriate use of new thermostat. The appointment was made less than 24 hours before & Nick arrived at very beginning of the appointment 'window'. I also received a call from Action that Nick was on his way 15 minutes before arrival. Very helpful!

Nick was great! Very polite and knew exactly what was needed. My furnace went down this morning and things were getting cold. The timing of everything wasn't the best and he had to run out and get a part on short notice. He took care of everything quickly and answered my questions. Very greatful and I'm enjoying the heat! Mr kurts is very professional and fixed the furnace which wasn't fixed before because after replacing the furnace my furnace gets stop everytime so i called them again he said it wasn't placed properly, He check everything and detect the problem. He is very good at his work thankyou i highly recommend Mr Kurt's.
