Kurt was great. I have no complaints asbout the service itself. The technician was very competent, polite and friendly. Fixed my A/C in 15 minutes. BUT, and this is a BIG BUT, the company RIPPED ME OFF on the part, ACTION charged me $200 for a capcitor that costs $29.99 on Amazon! They are very upfront about the trip charge $165, the hourly rate $75, but when they got here and found out it was the capacitor, which I had previously told them over the phone, I was told the part cost $200. I told the tech that I knew it didn't cost anywhere near that much, He said "Company sets the prices, I don't control it." Why not charge the true price of $30 and add a $75 convenience fee for bringing it to my door? Why lie, and why gouge your customers? Anyone can look up a price on the web!

That said, we understand your perspective and appreciate your honest feedback. We never want a customer to feel surprised or dissatisfied with the value they received. So, my furnace went out, I called energy assistance, they hooked me up with Action Heating...what an awesome bunch of guys.. they were so nice, explained everything. They were so professional and they did my brand new furnace in no time at all. They cleaned everything up beautifully. If you need heat or air conditioning call Action Heating. My experience was great. Adam was very kind and communicated very well. He went over how my system worked. After my install with my cooling system. Had to call Action heating,and cooling back. My system kept saying call service. I had to 3 times cut it off and on. Then I called because the system shouldn't have said service call. Kurt came out and figured out what the problem was and got me back cool again. I thank him for his expertise knowledge knowing his line of work. 5 and above to you Kurt thanks

Mr. Kurt has polite professional mannerism. A problebm occurred that I didn't have before the services and couldn't be solved without needing more services from a plumber and not sure if the property owner will allow the plumber to work on the property so there's another form of problems. I went from having a valve replaced on water heater to not having running water In my bathroom and needing a plumber scratching my head so darn hard.
