Excellent job installing my new heater. The crew was professional, punctual, and clearly very experienced. The installation was done cleanly and everything works perfectly. They also explained how to use the system and maintain it properly. Im very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend them.

We've had Adam install a boiler last year and a furnace this year. Both times his work was exceptional.

The team was more than thorough and left a nice clean literally beautiful new furnace install. I will add that their custom designed and installed sheet metal work as well as the recessed vents that were raised up between the joists of the basement was so appreciated. Additionally, the way that all the ductwork vents, etc. were so carefully sealed was so impressive to me. Their explanations of the operation and maintenance of our new furnace were clear and we felt cared for throughout the entire experience. We will recommend Action to everyone.

Work was explained properly, work was done in a timely manner, technician was courteous that day I had someone from action heating came back over yo give me estimate on replacing motor and impeller, that was now a month ago.. I called a week later, tried to follow up.... yet still no estimate... I retract my best review for a fair

I put in a request for service and received a call back within the hour. Kurt called within an hour after that and said he was on his way already! He replaced the flame sensor and had everything done in about a half hour. Very quick and friendly service. Thankful that it was an easy fix!

The appointment was made less than 24 hours before & Nick arrived at very beginning of the appointment 'window'. I also received a call from Action that Nick was on his way 15 minutes before arrival. Nick was great! Very polite and knew exactly what was needed. My furnace went down this morning and things were getting cold. The timing of everything wasn't the best and he had to run out and get a part on short notice. He took care of everything quickly and answered my questions. Very greatful and I'm enjoying the heat! Mr kurts is very professional and fixed the furnace which wasn't fixed before because after replacing the furnace my furnace gets stop everytime so i called them again he said it wasn't placed properly, He check everything and detect the problem.
